Fits very well. While not a negative review, wish they offered some cages that did not protrude out as much where the lock mechanism is (pretty noticeable under clothing).
The cage seems to be well built - good resin, nice and smooth - no rough edges to bother the skin. My one issues that the ring and the tube don't come together well to let the lock slide in easily. Even when pressed together as tightly as possible, there is a little bit of misalignment that makes it difficult for the key to slide in. I can eventually jiggle it in, but it is not as precise as one might expect.
Cage and ring are comfortable to wear. I love the honeycomb design which really minimizes stimulation anywhere.
So far so good. No pinching and seems solid. I appreciate the different size rings to try out
