We drop off orders everyday Monday - Friday. (excluding holiday's that the post office is closed)
Once, your order has been packed, you'll receive notification with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to see where your package is and an estimated delivery date. The tracking number estimated date is the MOST accurate delivery date.
After your package is dropped off, we DO NOT have control over how long the shipping takes. We also DO NOT have any additional information beyond the information you see when tracking the package using the provided tracking number. If you did not receive your tracking number or can't find it, please message us.
LOST or TRACKING NOT MOVING: If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to us and we will do everything in our power to assist getting the package to you. We will issue a "missing mail" inquiry, this can take 1-4 weeks for the carrier to finish their investigation or find/deliver the missing package. If the package is declared lost, we will send a replacement, or issue a refund.
DELIVERED BUT NO PACKAGE: If your order was marked delivered but you don't see your package, please follow these steps: 1. check all locations your package could be delivered. 2. Wait 24-48 hours, if you still have not received your package, please message us here or DM us on social media with your order or tracking number.
If you are having issues with your shipment, please be patient, message us, and we will do our best to handle the situation as quickly as possible.
We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, but please be aware that most shipping issues are not a reflection of KINK WEAR.
