Order Delivery

Do you ship discreetly?

YES!

All packages are shipped in a plain box, bubble mailer, or poly mailer. Our company name or logo are NOT on the package or return label.

International: Due to customs regulations, in some cases, KINK WEAR or a short description on the items may be listed on a customs form. The description is typically general terms and doesn't use words like "chastity."

How fast do you ship?

We ship quickly! Most orders get packed and dropped off at the post office within 24 hours.

Please be aware that estimated shipping times on our site are an estimate. During the holidays (November - December) shipping can take longer, so please be patient with USPS.

International: Most international orders are shipped and delivered quickly, but compared to domestic shipping...international shipping can be a little bit more complicated, but don't worry! We have a lot of experiences with international shipping and always work with our international customers to generate a positive outcome if shipping issues arise.

Where is my package?

We drop off orders everyday Monday - Friday.

Once, your order order has been packed, you'll receive notification with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to see where your package is and an estimated delivery date.

After your package is dropped off, we DO NOT have control over how long the shipping takes. We also DO NOT have any additional information beyond the information you see when tracking the package using the provided tracking number. If you did not receive your tracking number or can't find it, please message us.

If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to us and we will do everything in our power to assist getting the package to you, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund.

If you are having issues with your shipment, please be patient, message us, and we will do our best to handle the situation as quickly as possible.

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, but please be aware that most shipping issues are not a reflection of KINK WEAR.

Chastity

Do you sell spare parts?

It is very rare we get a message about a broken cage, but life happens. If you break your ring/cage, but don't want to buy a whole new chastity kit, message us for spare parts.

In your message, please include size, color, a picture of the broken item, and your previous order number (if you have it). We do our best to replace the part for a small fee + shipping.

Disclaimer: Spare Parts are meant to be replacements for customers that have ordered a chastity kit. They are not available to be purchased separately.

Returns: Chastity & Adult Toy

Due to the nature of chastity and adult toys, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Please measure before purchasing, if you have any questions about measurements, please message us here or DM on social media (X/Twitter for fastest response).

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can message us, explain the issue, and we assist in anyway we can.

Are physically copies shipped to me?

All erotica is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD.

Physical Products will NOT be mailed.

How do I download my erotica?

Erotica is immediately sent to the e-mail address you provide at checkout.

If you don't see it immediately after checkout, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait up to 5 minutes after purchase.
  2. After 5 minutes, refresh your email.
  3. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders.

After these steps, if you still don't see our automatic digital download email, please message us, and we will resend.

We do not issue refunds for digitally downloaded products. If you have questions or concerns about any erotica, please message us prior to purchasing.

If you are unhappy with a product, please message us within 30 days of your delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
